Terrestrial Zoology The Department of Terrestrial Zoology focuses on Insects and Arachnomorphs, Amphibians and Reptiles, Birds and Mammals. The scientific activities of the Department include field work and laboratory research on Ecology, Zoogeography, Physiology and management of protected areas and fauna species. Information is also being provided to the public and the relevant stakeholders on biodiversity issues.
